Shell Gets Environmental Approval for Deep-Water Drilling off South Africa’s West Coast
The company has received regulatory authorization to drill up to five deep-water wells in the Northern Cape Ultra Deep Block of the Orange Basin, at depths between 2,500 and 3,200 m.
